With heavy hearts, we have decided that PAILLET will not go ahead this December.

Recent developments surrounding our culinary collaboration with Seppe Nobels and Instroom have had a greater impact and created more uncertainty than we initially anticipated. We explored several alternatives, but each led to a version that strayed too far from the PAILLET we had envisioned and promised our audience.

We want to be very clear that this decision is in no way a stance against Seppe Nobels or Instroom. It is solely the result of the impact of the situation on the financial viability of PAILLET. We sincerely wish Seppe and the entire Instroom team strength during this difficult time.

Everyone who purchased a ticket will, of course, receive a full refund and will be contacted personally.

For us, this feels like a postponement rather than a final cancellation.

But for now... If it’s not hell yes, it’s no.
